By accessing and using the Cleaning Takeover website (https://www.cleaningtakeover.ca), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

Cleaning Takeover provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including interior decorating, within Hamilton, Halton, and the Greater Toronto Area. All services are subject to availability and adherence to our booking policies.

3. Booking Requirements

Advance Notice: All cleaning appointments require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Same-day bookings are not accommodated.
Scheduling: We recommend booking at least one week in advance, especially for move-in/move-out or post-renovation cleanings, to allow for potential follow-up services.
By Appointment Only: Services are available by appointment between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm Monday to Friday and 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Cleaning Takeover does not offer refunds for any services rendered. By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5. User Conduct

User agrees not to:

Use the website for any unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website.
Interfere with the website's functionality or security.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Cleaning Takeover and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cleaning Takeover is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
